Manistee, MI Little River Band of Ottawa Indians, Governmental Center Award of Excellence from the Michigan Concrete Association for innovative use of pervious concrete pavement. The design included new roadways, utilities, lighting, grading and drainage, SESC and MDOT right-of-way improvements.
CEI has design-engineered over 90 revetments and assisted with permitting to protect the Lake Michigan shoreline.

Holland, MI CEI partnered with a local architectual firm to convert an abandoned school building into senior housing. Special attention was given to barrier-free accessibility and universal design.
